14. Island Yoga - Koh Yao Noi

A friendly Yoga Retreat with an off the grid feel and lower budget options. Island Yoga, is located on the undeveloped island of Koh Yao Noi in the south of Thailand.

Although, less built up and definitely not touristic compared to neighbouring Phuket & krabi it is actually relatively easy to access. Flights can be obtained to Phuket airport before catching a thai long boat or ferry to the Koh Yao Noi for less then $10.

Island Yoga, offers a range of Yoga retreats suitable for all levels. Offering Yoga, wellness and even sunrise tai chi sessions. With beautiful scenery, Thai authenticity and a great atmosphere. This is a great place to check out.
