Cross Country Skiing is a more picturesque & peaceful experience, as you glide gracefully across the compacted snow. Dated back to 4000BC, in Scandinavia nordic skiing was used as a great way of traveling around the vast & treacherous winter landscape.

In the Olympics there are two distinct categories, Skate Skiing or classic. Classic is the more beginner friendly method & definitely the one to try if you’ve not had much experience cross country skiing before.
