All that sightseeing and golfing is bound to make you hungry! We’ve put together the 15 best brunch spots in Scottsdale so you know where to go and what to order for a fantastic mid-morning meal.

You’ll find some truly incredible places, from dive diners to fancy eateries, where you can get everything from comfort foods like Eggs Benedict to breakfast pizza and gaucho steak. Each of these brunch spots offers something a bit different, so take a look and find something that piques your interest! 

1. Butterfield’s Pancake House & Restaurant

Located in the Village at Shea, Butterfield’s Pancake House & Restaurant is an excellent place for breakfast or brunch. They’re open from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm seven days a week to get your pancake fix for an early breakfast or late lunch! 

Butterfield’s offers some seriously decadent options, from Berry Bliss Toast with Vanilla Mascarpone to Strawberry Nutella French Toast dusted with powdered sugar, but if you’re looking for savory, you’ll find it there, too! The Classic Benny and Corned Beef Hash come highly recommended. 

Even better, this restaurant is great for those requiring gluten-free brunch since they offer gluten-free pancakes and waffles with tons of toppings options. It’s also well known for the service and atmosphere.

Scramble is well known for its wide selections of coffee, Breakfast Pizzas, Eggs Benedicts, Burritos, and, of course, Scrambles. They also offer griddle cakes in flavors like Berry, Chocolate Chip, Banana Pecan, and Cinnamon Swirl. 

If you’re looking for a brunch with vegan options on the menu and want a smoothie to go, Scramble is the place to be. Just be sure to head back for lunch one day and try one of their wraps!

3. The Canal Club

Located in the Scott Resort and Spa, The Canal Club is a vintage Cuban-inspired establishment with a gorgeous wooden and glass bar. While the Canal Club is known for the Gaucho Steak and Peruvian Hash, don’t miss out on the Churro Donut Holes and Fried Plantains! You’ll also want to try the Shrimp Ceviche, Cubano Braised Pork and Ham Sandwich, or Creole French Toast.

4. Hash Kitchen Gainey Ranch

Morning Squeeze offers a full bar, an extensive coffee list, and delicious meals like Smoked Salmon Benedict with chipotle hollandaise, Vanilla Stuffed French Toast, Tacos, Burritos, and Frisky Chicken. 

If you’re looking for a place to take your pup, they even have dog-friendly patios with a Tail Wagger menu for your furry friend! Make sure they don’t get a taste of your Bloody Mary or Irish Coffee.

6. Farm and Craft Scottsdale

Farm and Craft’s brunch menu leaves nothing to be desired. They have all the classic combos with eggs, bacon, and sausage but also offer Açaí bowls, breakfast sandwiches, poke bowls, and more. Egg whites can be substituted for any meal, and gluten-free options abound. 

If you’re looking for a place that serves up fresh juice, healthy meals, delicious smoothies, and fancy coffee, Farm and Craft should be your first choice!

7. RnR Gastropub

RnR offers bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys on Saturdays and Sundays, though their food menu is always an option for orders, as are their single-serve brunch cocktails and towers. On Sundays, you can get a double order of the Coconut Watermelon Tower, made with Los Sundays Coconut Tequila, Watermelon, Agave Nectar, and Muddled Cucumber. 

If you’re looking for decent food with a fantastic drink selection, RnR is the place to go! They might be a bit busy with such great drinks on hand, and reservations aren’t an option, so the earlier you head in, the better!

8. OEB Breakfast Co.

At OEB, breakfast and brunch are the only meals that matter. They offer several different options, from Farm Fresh to Lighten Up, Blue Plate Specials, Breakfast Poutines, Benny’s, Scram-Blettes, Sandwiches, and Sweets. If you go, be sure to try the Cluck Norris, Threesome, Holy Crab, or Gold Digga. 

OEB offers authentic farm-to-table artisanal food, and you can substitute fresh greens for any of the potato items on the menu, so if you’re trying to be diet conscious but still want to throw down on good eats, this is a great option.

9. The Montauk

The Montauk is a beachy-themed New England American restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale. It’s like visiting the Hamptons right in Arizona! They’re open for weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 2:30 pm and offer a wide variety of traditional American breakfast foods. They also have a weekday brunch if you’re interested. 

The Montauk has some specialties you won’t want to miss, like their weekend brunch cocktails, punch bowls, Clam Chowder, Deviled Eggs, Three Cheese Mac & Cheese, breakfast sammies, and more. 

If you’re looking for something East Coast in Arizona, this is the place to go. Just be sure to try their table-side Mimosas while you’re there!

You can get them in buttermilk or gluten-free with flavors like Strawberry Chocolate Chip, Apple Cinnamon Caramel Pecan, Berry Bliss, Banana Crème, Blueberry Danish, Granola, Oreo Cookie S’mores, Cinnamon Roll, or Swedish. They also offer French Toast, Waffles, and Crepes.

The food at Arcadia Farms Café is an artisanal take on traditional brunch. You’ll find beautifully plated cheese platters alongside miniature cakes, flavored croissants, decadent scones, and savory items like Smoked Salmon and Crab Cake Benedict. 

The high-end food comes with a high-end price, but it’s entirely worth it. This is the best place to take friends who are in town for the weekend or to enjoy an anniversary brunch date.

12. Prep & Pastry

Prep & Pastry offers classic breakfast staples with a new American twist. You’ll find French Toast, a fan favorite, but also Cast Iron Duck Confit and the Monte Cristo. The Biscuits and Gravy with a Fried Egg have rave reviews. 

If fresh coffee in the mornings in a light and sunny atmosphere sets you on the right path for the day, Prep & Pastry will be your new go-to spot! You’ll need to go back a time or two to truly enjoy all they have to offer.

From Eggs Benedict to French Toast, if you want good and basic brunch, U.S. Egg Breakfast & Egg has it all. There’s a reason they have locations all over Arizona. Each branch is locally owned, too, which makes it that much better! 

While most of the restaurants on our list have a twist on classics, this is a straightforward establishment offering exactly what you imagine. Head this way if you want simple and good!

The interior is bright and airy, but there’s also a patio for outdoor seating if that’s what you prefer. 

At SugarJam, get ready for a flavor explosion. They offer meals like Creole Shrimp and Cheese Grits, Kicken’ Fried Chicken, and a wide variety of cupcakes, including a Birthday Cake of the Month that customers go out of their way to reserve!

If you want good eats in a fun restaurant for brunch, SugarJam will surely deliver that with a side of southern hospitality. You can also get a mimosa flight if it strikes your fancy.
