Hurricane Bay Water Park, located in Louisville, is one of the best in the state. This water park can be found within the Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park. This water park offers various attractions and rides for visitors of all ages.

Adrenaline junkies will have fun sliding down its twelve-story Deep Water Dive drop. You can also choose to go on the Tornado. There is also the Deluge and the fifty-two-foot high Plumet Summit. Some of their other slides include the Mega Wedgie, the Wikiwiki Wai, Mt Slide Hai, and the forbidden passage. Any of which is guaranteed to make you scream.

This beautiful little Water Park is located on the Fort Knox Army base. Fort Knox Water Park offers incredible fun facilities for all members of your group at an affordable price. It is open for all ages from Memorial day to Labour day. 

The Fort Knox waterpark offers a water-based obstacle course. This water park also has a splash area for the little kids to play in. It has interactive sprays and incredible water slides. They also offer Aqua Zumba for the adults in your group.

 The Fort Knox Water Park also has a children’s playground and a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs for adults to relax. You can bring your own coolers or buy drinks at the concession stands they have there.

The Kentucky Splash Waterpark is located in the Hal Rogers Family Entertainment Center in Williamsburg. This water park boasts many fun activities for you and your loved ones. 

This water park has a grand three-slide complex about forty feet tall, allowing you to choose from one body slide and two tube slides. It is also home to a thirty feet tall aqua twist, in which large slides are bound to get you screaming in excitement. The Kentucky Splash Water Park also has an impressive eighteen thousand Wipe Out Wave Pool for wave lovers.

For a little slow-paced wet fun, the Kentucky Splash Water Park provides a nine-hundred-foot-long lazy river for you to drift on. This water parkโ€s tadpole island has an interactive Caribbean-themed playhouse to keep the young children in your group entertained for hours.  A Mini golf course with 18 holes is also available to the Water Park guests for some dry land fun.

6. Paradise Cove Aquatic Center, Richmond

Paradise Cove, located in Richmond, is one of the best waterparks in Kentucky. This water park will surely be a great experience for you during Kentucky’s hot and humid summers. Its eight-lane swimming pool comes with diving boards for you to practice your flips.

This water park is home to two forty feet high amazing slides. One straight slide for a quick splash and a twisty slide for some mystery and adventure. Paradise cove also features a family slide for the entire family and a butterfly slide for the kids to enjoy.

The zero-depth entry kiddies play pool at Paradise cove has amazing interactive features that are fun for the little children to play with. Paradise cove also offers swimming lessons for those interested. The water park also provides ample chairs and umbrellas for lounging after a dip in the fun waters.

The Tie Breaker Family Aquatic Center is located in the city of Hopkinsville. This water Park promises to provide a wild experience for its guests. It offers plenty of interesting slides and water-based activities for guests of all ages.

This water park has two amazing water slides. The Riptide express tube ride will surely have you yelling as you slide down its open-air winding plume. Swirling through the Hurricane Alley corkscrew water slide is another fun ride to experience at the Tie Breaker Family Aquatic Center.

The Ripple River Lazy river at this water park presents some slow-paced relaxing activities. The Tie Breaker Family Aquatic Water Park also has an interactive aquatic playground for the little children in your group. Many chairs and deck space are available for a bit of relaxation for those who donโ€™t want to go into the water.

8. Russell Sims Aquatic Center, Bowling Green

The Russell Sims Aquatic Center, located at Bowling Green, is one of the safest waterparks in the United States of America. American Red Cross certified lifeguards staff the water park. Providing a safe environment for your and your group. 

This water park has an amazing one-hundred and sixty-four-foot pool with diving boards for guests to splash in. With two water slides to choose from, you and your loved ones will have a great experience at the Russel Sims Aquatic Center. The splash playground, zero-depth entry pool, and water buckets will keep the young children happy.

The Russell Sims Aquatic Center also offers some side attractions for when you’re looking to play outside the pool. This waterpark provides much fun, from a sand volleyball court for some friendly competition to a disc golf arena. Feel like taking a stroll? This park also comes with a trail.

There is also a splash playground and a zero-depth entry pool for the young children to play in. 

9. Beech Bend Splash Lagoon, Bowling Green

Like the Russel Sims Aquatic Center, the beech bend splash lagoon is also located in the city of Bowling Green. This WaterPark is perfect for people who enjoy roller coaster rides and waterslides.

The Beech Bend Splash Lagoon has a lot of amazing slides for guests to choose from. From the fifty-five feet high and five hundred-foot long Cyclone Saucers to the four hundred-foot long and forty-five-foot high Raginโ€™ Rapids waterslides. There is also the Polynesia Plunge. Any of which is bound to be fun for guests.

This water park has a four-story Tiki Island with seven slides, a tipping bucket, and other interesting interactive water features. the lazy river and its Lotta Wotta island provide a safe and fun experience for the little kids in your group.

The Anderson Dean Aquatics water park is located in the city of Louisville. This Aquatic center is a great place for you to go with the family for a fun summer dip. It offers swimming lessons for its guests at the beginning of the summer.

This water park has a three-story water slide for the sliding pleasure of the older children in your group. There is also a smaller slide for the younger kids. They also provide an interactive water playground and a wading pool for the younger children to play in.  

The Anderson Dean Aquatic Center pool comes with lanes and diving boards for you to make a big splash from. The water park might not be as big as the others on this list, but it has enough space for sitting and relaxation. The water park is also rarely crowded. The concession stand also has an affordable and large menu for you to choose from.

11. Calypso Cove Family Water Park, Louisville

The Calypso Cove Water Park in Louisville can be found within the YMCA. This water park is one of the best places for families to visit during summer. It has refreshing water features for guests of all ages.

You will find a twenty-four-foot Typhon Twister water slide within this water park.  The calypso cove water park also features the Hurricane Run tube slide for some water adventures.  The Castaway Island within this water park also has interactive water features for you to enjoy.

The water park has heated pools with hydro jets for some relaxing fun. It has a lily pad crossing course, a vortex pool, water canons, and a zero entry depth pool for the kids to have fun in. you can visit the snack shack in the water park for something to eat.

12. Sheltowee Falls Splash Pad, Morehead

The Sheltowee Falls Splash pad is located within the city of Morehead. This small water park is only about five thousand nine hundred square feet. The Sheltowee Falls splash Pad is ideal for young children who can’t go on the bigger water slides.

This Splash pad offers age-appropriate playgrounds for little children. It features a wilderness-themed tree house with two slides for the kids to play with. It also has an eighteen-foot eagle spray zone

13. Leitchfield Aquatic Center, Leitchfield

This water park is located in the city of Leitchfield. It is one of the best spots to take your loved ones to cool off during the summer. This water park promises to have something for all members of your group.

The Leitchfield Aquatic Center features two three-story slides. One of which is uncovered and the other covered. It has a zero-depth entry pool that feeds into its two hundred and seventeen-gallon main pool. The zero-depth entry pool also features a play structure. The pool also features a diving well over the deep end. 

They also provide free tubes for guests that want to drift away on its winding river. A separate toddler pool with a depth of one foot is also available for younger children. The Tot’s pool also has exploratory water features and a water slide. They have diverse concession stands for your snacking convenience.

14. Waterfront Splash Park, Louisville

The Waterfront Splash park can be found within the waterfront park in the city of Louisville. The splash playground is said to help bring the park alive. In their words, โ€œwhen we play, we interact with the world around us.โ€

There are two playgrounds at the waterfront park. The adventure playground and the splash playground. The adventure playground features a rock climbing area, a wonderful river view, a great lawn, and the beautiful downtown skyline.

The splash park features water cannons, spray misters, sculptures of fish that spray water from their mouths, and a tipping bucket. It also has a climbing pyramid, steamboats, towboats, and a bridge.

15. Falling Springs Water Park, Versailles

The Falling Springs Water Park is located within the Falling Springs Center, Versailles. This water park will surely have something for you, no matter the type of aquatic-based fun you’re looking for. American Red Cross supervises the Aquatic facility’s certified lifeguards.

The Falling springs water park has two large water slides and a vortex for you to splash in.

It also features a Mushroom waterfall and a lazy river with floats provided. They also provide a play feature with small sides, tire swings, etc, for the younger children in your group.  They also have a water fountain.

There are deckchairs and lounges around the deck. They provide locker rooms for the guests. A concession stand is also present in the complex.
