November is the best time to visit the Shenandoah Valley Art Center Inc. Temperatures start to peak in the 10℃/50℉ range and can get cold at night. The calm weather during the day is great for checking out various exhibits, artworks, and studios in SVAC.

This non-profit community art center features works of locals and a gift shop. The art center opens every Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am and closes at 4 pm. And yes, pets are allowed in here.
