14. Island Yoga – Koh Yao Noi

A friendly Yoga Retreat with an off the grid feel and lower budget options. Island Yoga, is located on the undeveloped island of Koh Yao Noi in the south of Thailand.

Although, less built up and definitely not touristic compared to neighbouring Phuket & krabi it is actually relatively easy to access. Flights can be obtained to Phuket airport before catching a thai long boat or ferry to the Koh Yao Noi for less then $10.

13. The Yoga Retreat – Koh Phangan

Back to the Great paradise island of Koh Phangan, widely know for it’s popular backpacker Full moon parties in the south. The Yoga Retreat is located at the complete opposite end of the island!

At a peaceful area just of Haad Salad Beach. Popular for all levels of Yogi they offer retreats between 6 and 30 days. Popular yoga styles here include, ashtanga, Mysore and Hatha. The venue is rustic but does offer great views over the lush thai jungle.

Extra activities on offer include cycling trips and hiking expeditions, oh and there is also a golf course less than a couple of miles away. With wifi, an onsite restaurant and fun evening entertainment such as Karaoke, you definiteyl won’t get bored any time soon.
