The outdoor playground at Mesquite Grove Aquatic Center contains a competitive pool, two dive boards, two water slides, a lazy river, and a 752 “Big Blue Bucket” to cool off.

There is a large shaded area filled with pool furniture where people can relax or even sneak away to take a brief nap. It is also important to know that the Mesquite Grove Aquatic Centre won the Arizona Parks and Recreation “Outstanding Facility” award in 2009, which makes it more nationally recognized.

The 1-Meter Diving Board, 752-Gallon “Big Blue Bucket,” Toddler Slide, and Water Slide are some of the amazing facilities you can benefit from at the center.

The Chaparral pool is seasonal and is only open in June and July. If you are going to learn to swim laps, it is advisable to avoid going at peak hours in the summer. During the winter, it is advisable to go in the early morning.
